B2B Cold Caller – Vancouver-Based Electrical Company

Wicks Electric Inc. is looking for an experienced B2B Cold Caller to join our team and help generate qualified commercial leads and appointments.

We are specifically looking for someone who is confident speaking with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and other commercial decision-makers.

Requirements
Proven experience in B2B cold calling is required
Experience prospecting and calling businesses, preferably in commercial, construction, property management, facilities, or related industries
C1-level English or native-level communication skills
Very minimal accent and excellent pronunciation
Must be comfortable speaking with decision-makers and handling objections
Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills
Able to consistently make a high volume of outbound calls
Must be available during Vancouver business hours (Pacific Time)
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
Experience booking qualified appointments is a strong advantage
Your Responsibilities
Make outbound B2B cold calls to targeted businesses
Identify and speak with the appropriate decision-makers
Introduce our commercial electrical services and identify potential opportunities
Qualify prospects based on their needs and suitability
Handle objections professionally
Book qualified appointments for our team
Maintain accurate call notes and lead information
Follow up with prospects when required
