About the Role

English + Spanish | Remote | Full-Time

If you're great with customers, highly organized, and want to grow beyond simply completing assigned tasks, this role may be a strong fit.

We are a growing residential cleaning company serving U.S.-based customers. Our Customer Operations Coordinator helps keep the customer experience, field operations, recruiting, scheduling, and sales coverage running smoothly.

You’ll be trusted to solve routine problems, make decisions within your role, and keep customers and cleaning professionals informed without waiting for management to direct every step.

We're looking for someone who can grow into real operational ownership and, over time, develop into an Operations Manager as the company grows.

How We Work

We value ownership, proactive communication, resourcefulness, and high standards.

That means solving what you can, communicating early, following through on what you say you’ll do, and taking responsibility for the outcome instead of waiting for someone else to step in.

What You’ll Own

Customer & Field Operations

You’ll help create a seamless experience for both customers and cleaning professionals.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer texts, email s, calls, and web inquiries
  • Handling reschedules, arrival updates, and same-day schedule changes
  • Coordinating changes between customers and cleaning professionals
  • Resolving routine service concerns and coordinating re-cleans when needed
  • Relaying important customer notes to the field team
  • Supporting cleaning professionals with routine operational questions
  • Escalating issues only when management involvement is truly necessary
  • Following up with satisfied customers for reviews

Success in this area means customers know what to expect, cleaning professionals have the information they need, and routine problems are handled quickly without unnecessary confusion.

Recruiting & Onboarding

You’ll also help maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified cleaning professionals.

You’ll:

  • Communicate with applicants
  • Schedule interviews and trial cleans
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the process
  • Collect required documents
  • Track background checks
  • Monitor onboarding progress
  • Keep hiring managers informed of candidate status
  • Help prevent qualified applicants from stalling in the hiring process

Systems & Administrative Accuracy

You’ll help make sure our systems remain accurate and useful to the entire team.

This includes maintaining:

  • Customer notes and booking details
  • Recurring customer preferences and surveys
  • Job QA and compliance information
  • Contact information and tags
  • Service issue and re-clean tracking
  • Provider and customer records

Another team member should be able to open a record and immediately understand what is happening without having to track someone down for clarification.

Sales Coverage

Approximately 25% of this role will include inbound sales coverage.

You’ll serve as our secondary sales representative during the primary rep’s lunch breaks, designated evening hours, and rotating Saturday coverage.

During those periods, you’ll:

  • Respond to inbound leads
  • Speak with prospective customers by phone and message
  • Provide quotes
  • Recommend the appropriate cleaning service
  • Follow up with interested prospects
  • Ask for the booking and close qualified opportunities

You’ll receive training on our sales process and will have the opportunity to earn additional commission on qualifying sales.

Success in this role will include:

  • Fast and professional customer response
  • Routine issues resolved without unnecessary escalation
  • Accurate scheduling and CRM records
  • Strong communication between customers and cleaning professionals
  • Consistent customer review generation
  • Trial clean show rate above 80%
  • Applicant-to-onboarding time under 14 days
  • Reliable sales performance during assigned coverage
  • Consistent follow-through without repeated reminders

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Are professionally fluent in both English and Spanish, verbally and in writing
  • Have previous experience in sales, operations, customer service, or a cleaning/home-service business
  • Are confident communicating with U.S.-based customers by phone, text, and email
  • Communicate naturally and professionally rather than sounding overly scripted
  • Are organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
  • Can make reasonable routine decisions without constantly asking for approval
  • Have strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Learn new software quickly
  • Handle feedback well and are comfortable being measured against clear expectations
  • Want to grow into greater responsibility instead of remaining in a purely task-based role

This Role Is Probably Not For You If...

  • You need frequent supervision to stay on top of your responsibilities
  • You avoid phone conversations or difficult customer situations
  • You tend to wait for instructions whenever something unexpected happens
  • You prefer purely administrative or data-entry work
  • You are not professionally fluent in both English and Spanish

Tentative primary schedule: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM U.S. Central Time
Target Start date: October 2026

Compensation
$5–$6 USD per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated skill.

You’ll also have the opportunity to earn additional sales commission on qualifying sales generated during your assigned coverage.

We’re looking for someone who wants to become a trusted operator inside a growing home-service business.
Someone who performs well, demonstrates strong judgment, and consistently takes ownership will have the opportunity to grow into an Operations Manager position as the company expands.
