Remote Guest Services VA — Weekend Shift

VCAY Suites is hiring a reliable Remote Guest Services VA to manage weekend guest communications and hotel operations.

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 AM–10:00 PM Central Time
Hours: 32 hours/week
Pay: $5 USD/hour
Position: Long-term, remote

Your job is to own guest services during your shift. You will respond to guests, assist with check-in and reservation questions, coordinate guest requests, monitor operational tasks, and escalate issues requiring someone on-site.

You will work in Canary, Breezeway, Mews, Hospitable, Google Sheets, and Airbnb.

We are looking for someone who:

Has excellent written and spoken English
Responds quickly and professionally
Can solve problems without needing constant direction
Is comfortable learning new software
Is extremely reliable
Can remain available for the entire scheduled shift
Ideally has Airbnb, hotel, vacation-rental, or hospitality experience

This is one of our busiest shifts. Reliability and response time are extremely important.
