Bilingual Spanish/English Client Services Coordinator - Home-Based ABA Agency (New Jersey)

We are a home-based ABA therapy agency serving families across New Jersey. Many of the families we work with speak Spanish as their first language. We are hiring one person to be the voice they hear when they call us, and the person who makes sure their paperwork is done right.

This is not a sales role. There is no quota. You are measured on families being called back, treated well, and paperwork being correct.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Answer scheduled phone calls with families, and return calls the same day
• Walk new families through onboarding from first contact to start of services
• Follow up on open items and keep families updated so nobody is left waiting
• Complete and submit insurance and eligibility forms online, accurately
• Keep records current in our system
• Write clear email s and messages to families and to insurance companies

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent Spanish and English, spoken and written. You must be able to hold a full phone conversation with a native Spanish speaker, understand them, and answer clearly. This will be tested.
• Comfortable on the phone for most of the day
• Careful with detail - forms, spelling, dates, numbers
• Reliable internet, a quiet place to take calls, and a working headset
• Available 8-9 hours a day, Sunday through Friday, on New Jersey time (Eastern). Saturday off.

HELPFUL BUT NOT REQUIRED

• Medical reception, patient intake, insurance verification, or healthcare admin experience
• Familiarity with CRM systems
