Corporate Housing & Short-Term Rental Specialist

As our Virtual Assistant specializing in corporate housing and short-term rentals, you'll be responsible for the complete digital management of our properties - from creating compelling listings to ensuring maximum occupancy through strategic marketing and exceptional guest communication.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage property listings across multiple platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Furnished Finder, Corporate Housing by Owner, etc.)
• Create and optimize compelling property descriptions, pricing strategies, and availability calendars
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to showcase our properties across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook , TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
• Produce high-quality visual content including photography edits, video tours, and social media posts
• Respond promptly to inquiries and manage the entire guest communication process
• Coordinate with cleaning crews, maintenance staff etc.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to optimize our rental rates
• Generate monthly performance reports and provide strategic recommendations
• Handle booking management, confirmations, and follow-ups

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in short-term rental/corporate housing management
• Expert knowledge of all major rental platforms and their algorithms
• Proven track record of increasing property occupancy rates and revenue
• Advanced proficiency with social media platforms including content creation, scheduling, and analytics
• Experience with digital marketing specifically for rental properties
• Excellent communication skills and responsive customer service mentality
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency with rental management software and booking tools
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
