About the project

We're a US marketing agency running the digital program for a healthcare organization with treatment centers in several states, including Washington, Arizona, Nevada and Oklahoma. The whole company is rebranding, and every website is moving to a new domain under a single brand. That means ten websites — and we need one exceptional master template that all ten will be built from.

This isn't ten separate builds. You build one site, beautifully, and we duplicate it. Which means the quality bar on that one build is very high, and the work is genuinely interesting: you're designing a system, not a page.

What you'll actually own

• One master WordPress template built in Elementor Pro, from a brand palette and direction we'll give you

• Header, footer, and interior page templates using Elementor Theme Builder — global, not one-offs

• A reusable component set: hero, service block, location block, CTA rows, blog layout

Responsive behavior that actually works — we will check on phones

• Clean heading structure and semantic markup (this site will be migrated onto, and bad markup costs us)

• A short handoff doc so our team can edit the site without breaking it

Who this is for

You've built real WordPress sites in Elementor Pro — not the free version — and you can point me at three of them that are live right now. You understand Theme Builder and global widgets, not just dragging sections onto pages. You have design instincts: given a color palette and a rough direction, you can make something that looks current, not like a 2018 template. You care whether a page loads fast. You're comfortable with the idea that a non-developer will be editing your work afterward, and you build accordingly.

Who this is not for

If you'd rather hand-code everything and think page builders are beneath you — I understand, but this isn't your project. Our team needs to maintain this. Same if your portfolio is all templates you bought and lightly recolored.

Design direction, so you know what you're walking into

One brand palette across all ten sites, with a single accent color — not ten different color schemes. Navy and gold as the anchors, a bright blue, plus neutral beige and gray for backgrounds and row separation. Clean, current, trustworthy — healthcare, not startup.

What we offer

• $1,500–$2,000 fixed, paid in milestones via [Wise / EasyPay]

• Paid skills assessment — $30 for about 90 minutes. I don't ask for free work

• Paid first week at project rate before we commit to the full engagement

• Real creative input. Two calls a week with the person whose vision this is

• If this goes well: ten months of follow-on work is coming, and I'd rather hand it to someone I already trust

How to apply

1. Three live URLs of WordPress sites you built in Elementor. Not agency sites you worked at — pages you personally built. If you can only share one, say so and explain.

2. Answers to the three questions below, in your own words. Short is fine. Vague is not.

3. A 90-second Loom video ( ---------- , free) sharing your screen. Open one of those three sites in the Elementor editor and show me how it's structured. I want to see how you build, not how you present.

The three questions:

1. We need one template duplicated across ten sites, sharing a brand palette but with different content. How would you set that up in Elementor so that changing a brand color later is one edit and not thirty? Be specific.

2. What's one thing people commonly do in Elementor that you think is a mistake? Explain why.

3. A non-technical marketing person is going to edit these pages after you leave. Name two specific things you'd do differently because of that.
