About the Role
You'll be the friendly voice of Allen Sportswear. We're a fully remote team, and you'll work directly with our lead sales rep and company president, following up with coaches, athletic directors, and team organizers who have shown interest in our custom uniforms and apparel. This is not cold calling into the void, our automated marketing system generates a steady stream of warm leads and replies, and your job is to turn those conversations into appointments and orders.

We're looking for someone with genuine energy. If people can hear you smiling through the phone, you're who we want. Someone who loves sports or a former athlete is an advantage.

What You'll Do
Make follow-up calls to warm leads, quote requests, and past customers
Qualify inbound leads and book appointments for the sales team
Respond to email and chat inquiries with speed and personality
Keep Salesforce updated with accurate notes on every touchpoint
Follow up on open quotes and pending orders so nothing falls through the cracks
Coordinate daily with the lead sales rep on priorities and handoffs

Flag patterns you notice, objections, common questions, hot lead sources

What We're Looking For
Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent — you'll be on the phone with US customers daily
Upbeat, joyful, positive personality (this is non-negotiable)
1–2+ years in sales, appointment setting, customer service, or BPO voice accounts
Comfortable making 30–50+ outbound calls per day
Organized and detail-oriented, you log every call, every time
Reliable high-speed internet, quiet workspace, quality headset, and backup power/internet
Willing to work US Eastern Time hours
Coachable, you take feedback and apply it fast

Nice to Have
Familiarity with team sports culture (basketball, football, cheer, baseball, etc.)
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs (Salesforce experience is a big plus)
Experience selling or supporting a physical product
