Full-Time VA – Appointment Setter/CRM GHL– Mortgage Protection

Looking for a reliable, full-time VA/Appointment Setter to call leads, follow up by text, and book qualified appointments on my calendar. Long-term role with growth potential.

You'll do:

Outbound calls to provided leads, following our script
Qualify prospects and book appointments
Text follow-ups, confirmations, and rescheduling
Update CRM with lead status and notes
Re-engage older leads

You need:

Excellent spoken/written English, confident on the phone
Cold-calling, sales, or appointment-setting experience preferred
Strong texting skills, good with objections
Reliable internet, quiet workspace
Available U.S. Eastern Time
Insurance experience a plus, not required

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Mon–Fri
Pay: $3–$5/hr based on experience + performance bonuses

I provide leads, script, dialer, CRM, and training.
