[Haulla] Customer Service Representative (Spanish)

Haulla, a smart waste collection service by Ecube Labs, operates in major U.S. markets including Dallas, Houston, Austin, Denver, and Chicago — with plans for further expansion across North America. We help small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S. find better, more affordable waste solutions.

What You'll Do

• Win Back & Retain: Proactively engage with customers at risk of cancelling; use your communication and sales expertise to address their concerns, demonstrate value, and flip a potential churn into a "win-back."
• End-to-End Ownership: Manage the entire customer lifecycle from the ---------- nt a service change request is received until it is fully resolved. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless transition and high satisfaction.
• Modifications: Support service upgrades, downgrades, and contract modifications while identifying opportunities to facilitate renewals.
• Excellence: Communicate proactively to resolve complex issues, ensuring every customer feels heard and supported for the long term.

What We’re Looking For

This is a full-time remote position

• Available to work during U.S. business hours (7 AM–3 PM PST)
• Sales-Driven Mindset: Prior experience in sales or a high-stakes retention role is a strong plus. You should be comfortable "closing" the customer on staying with us.
• Native-level English fluency
• Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (specifically HubSpot) and Google Sheets is a plus.
• Problem-Solving Grit: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to turn a negative customer experience into a positive outcome.

Compensation
Base pay: USD $4/hour
** Spanish Speaker: $5/hour
