Experienced Architect – High-Rise Building Design

We are looking for a highly experienced Architect with proven experience designing high-rise buildings in Los Angeles, California, or anywhere in the United States.

Required Experience:

• High-rise / tower projects
• Ground-up construction
• Full architectural plans & construction documents
• Concept and schematic design
• Design development
• Building code & zoning compliance
• Structural, MEP and civil coordination
• Fire/life-safety coordination
• Planning & entitlement coordination
• Plan check and permit process
• Construction administration
• Experience coordinating engineers and consultants

Strong preference: Architect who has successfully completed large-scale high-rise projects in Los Angeles or California.
