Product Sourcing & Deal Research Specialist – USA to Philippines

USA Express ( ---------- ) is looking for a sharp, curious, deal-hunting Product Sourcing & Deal Research Specialist who genuinely enjoys finding great products before everyone else does.

This is not a traditional Amazon VA position.

We are not buying products in the U.S. to resell on Amazon in the U.S.

We are looking for someone who can help us spot great American products, catch them when the price drops, and identify which ones have strong resale potential in the Philippines.

If you are the kind of person who sees a major Best Buy sale and immediately wonders, “What here is selling for way more in the Philippines?” — this may be a very good fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll spend your working time actively searching for opportunities across U.S. retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Target, Costco, major brand websites, department stores, outlets, and other reputable sellers. Previous experience in e-commerce, product research, online shopping, sourcing, or marketplace research is helpful, but not required. We care just as much about curiosity, communication, reliability, and your ability to learn quickly.

You’ll be watching for:

• Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals
• Christmas and holiday promotions
• New Year sales
• Flash sales
• Clearance events
• Temporary price drops
• Brand promotions
• Outlet deals
• Seasonal discounts
• Any unusually strong buying opportunity

When you find something interesting, you’ll research whether it has strong resale potential in the Philippines.

That means looking at things like:

• Philippine selling prices
• Local availability and scarcity
• Demand
• Brand desirability
• Trending or viral interest
• Availability of authentic products locally
• Potential profit after purchasing and shipping

The goal is simple:

Find products that are available at an unusually attractive price in the U.S. AND could sell strongly in the Philippines — then identify them quickly enough for us to act before the deal disappears.

ChatGPT Will Be Part of Your Daily Work

You should be very comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools.

We expect you to use AI actively for:

• Product research
• Market comparisons
• Philippine pricing research
• Trend discovery
• Finding new sourcing ideas
• Evaluating potential opportunities
• Organizing your findings

AI should make you faster and smarter, but you will still be responsible for verifying important prices, product listings, availability, and market information.

Who We’re Looking For

Relevant experience could include:

• Product research

• Online or retail arbitrage
• Amazon FBA research
• Purchasing
• Shopify product research
• Marketplace research
• Competitor research
• Price comparison

Previous Amazon VA experience can definitely help, but you must understand that this job is different.

We are sourcing products in America specifically because we believe they can perform well in the Philippine market.

We want someone who is:

• Curious
• Resourceful
• Fast online
• Good at spotting unusual deals
• Comfortable comparing prices
• Familiar with Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Philippine e-commerce
• Strong with ChatGPT and AI-assisted research
• Able to explain why a product is worth buying, not just send us a link

Schedule & Pay

20 hours per week, ₱4,000 per week to start. Paid weekly

This is an active research role. We need someone consistently looking for opportunities throughout the week, especially during major U.S. promotional periods.

At first, you will research and recommend purchases.

As you demonstrate good judgment and consistently find strong opportunities, you may later be given a purchasing budget and authority to place approved orders directly.

There is plenty of room for this role to grow.
