JOB OVERVIEW

We help coaches and consultants run online events that actually convert. Every event we run is built inside GoHighLevel. The funnel, the email s, the SMS, the portal, the tracking, and the automations behind all of it.

You do not need to be a full stack developer. You need to be genuinely good at GoHighLevel, and comfortable using AI and automation to take repetitive work off a person's plate.

You will own the build. Pages, workflows, sequences, portals, and the systems that keep an event running smoothly while everyone else is busy delivering it.

We are a small team and we look after each other. You will have room to build things properly and someone to ask when you need a decision.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO

Build complete event funnels in GoHighLevel. Registration, thank you, VIP upsell, order, sales, portal, replay.

Build the workflows behind them, so the right person gets the right message at the right time and nobody falls through a gap.

Set up the email and SMS sequences inside those workflows.

Make GoHighLevel do things it does not do out of the box. Countdown timers, carousels, progress bars, gamification, and custom pieces that still work properly on a phone.

Use AI to save real hours. If a person is copying, pasting or chasing something every week, you build the thing that does it instead.

Set up tracking so we can see where people drop off, not just how many bought.

Test everything before it goes live, and fix things calmly when they move.

Build reusable templates so the second event takes half the time of the first.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO ALREADY KNOW

Three years or more with GoHighLevel as your main tool.

Funnels you have built yourself, start to finish, that were used for real events or launches.

Workflows and automations inside GoHighLevel, comfortably and without hand holding.

Enough HTML, CSS and JavaScript to make a page behave the way you want, including on mobile.

AI tools used in real work, not just experimented with. We would love to see what you built and what it saved.

An events or marketing background, so you understand why a page converts and not only how to build it.

NICE TO HAVE

Membership portals and gamification. Experience with live launches and event days. Connecting GoHighLevel to other tools so information moves across by itself.
