CRM Developer

CRM Developer – Lovable | 1 Day Per Week

We’re looking for someone to help us build and develop our own custom CRM using Lovable for our growing electrical business.

This is a part-time role, approximately 1 day (8 hours) per week, working closely with the business owner and our team to continually build, test and improve the system.

How the role will work
Weekly morning meeting with our team to discuss what we want to build, change or improve.
Spend the day implementing those changes and developing new features within Lovable.
Our team will test and use the CRM throughout the week.
Meet again at the end of the week to review feedback, issues and ideas for the next development day.
Continue improving the CRM until we have a fully functioning system tailored to our business.
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience with Lovable or AI-assisted app development
Understands CRM systems and business workflows
Can build integrations and automations
Is comfortable troubleshooting and improving existing features
Can take an idea or business problem and turn it into a working solution
Communicates well and is happy working directly with our team

This would suit a developer looking for consistent ongoing work and the opportunity to help build a CRM from the ground up.

Hours: Approx. 8 hours per week
Schedule: 1 day per week
Location: Remote / flexible
