Full-Time Video Editor VA For Ecommerce Brand

We are looking for a full-time Video Editor VA to join our ecommerce brand long term.

At the start, your main role will be clipping together videos, editing content, adding captions, cutting hooks, improving pacing, and helping us create simple but high-performing ad creatives.

Over time, we want to train you into a bigger role where you understand our brand, our editing systems, our ad structure, and can eventually help generate your own clips and edit them together with more independence.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with one brand long term, improve their skills, take on more responsibility, and get paid more as they become more valuable.

ou must have:

Very strong English communication
High motivation and energy
Strong attention to detail
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Fast replies and over-the-top communication
Willingness to learn our systems
Long-term commitment
Experience editing short-form videos, ads, UGC, TikToks, Reels, or ecommerce content

Communication is extremely important to us. We need someone who gives clear updates, asks questions when unsure, and does not disappear.
