- Prepare episode descriptions, chapter headings and publishing notes
- Maintain organised Google Drive folders and production records
Growth and Review
- Monitor episode and short-form content performance
- Prepare a simple monthly summary of results
- Identify which guests, subjects and content angles perform best

- Highly organised and dependable
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Comfortable using Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Zoom and project-management tools
- Reliable internet connection
- Available for occasional meetings and guest coordination during Singapore business hours
Singapore and the Philippines are in the same time zone.
IMPORTANT STANDARDS
Some episodes will involve medical and health-related subjects. Information must be obtained from credible sources and carefully fact-checked.
AI tools may be used to assist with research and organisation, but automatically generated information must never be submitted without human review and source verification.
All guest outreach and sensitive communication must be approved before being sent until the producer has been authorised to manage these communications independently.
The successful applicant must maintain strict confidentiality. The host’s identity and further details about the podcast will be disclosed to shortlisted candidates.
WORKLOAD AND COMPENSATION
- Part-time remote position
- Approximately 10 hours per week on average
- Approximately two to four episodes per month
- Long-term opportunity
- Compensation will be reviewed if the workload regularly exceeds four episodes per month
There will be an initial paid trial assignment of US$75. The trial will involve researching a potential guest and preparing a complete episode proposal and interview brief. It will not require contacting the guest.
