B2B Appointment Setter (Aircon Industry, Australia)

Ready to be the voice that opens doors for a growing Australian business? We're hiring an appointment setter to call Australian air conditioning businesses and book meetings for our Head of Sales — and we want someone who wants to win, not just clock in.

This is outbound calling only — air conditioning businesses in Australia, nobody else. You'll be working with scripts we've already designed and proven to work. You're not guessing what to say — you're delivering a message that's already landing, which means your success is mostly about showing up and executing well.

What you'll be doing:

Calling Australian aircon business owners using our leads and our GHL auto-dialer
Following our proven script and handling simple objections with confidence
Booking meetings straight into our Head of Sales's calendar
Hitting daily targets — consistency is what we're rewarding here

Targets:

200 calls a day, 1,000 a week (Mon-Fri)
Aim: 3-5 meetings booked a day
Book more than 5 meetings in a day and you'll earn extra on top of your bonus — we want to reward the people who push past the target, not just meet it

Pay:

$ ---------- fortnightly base, paid on time, every fortnight, no delays
Plus $15-25 for every qualified meeting that books AND shows up — the harder you work the script, the more you take home
Extra bonus once you're past 5 meetings a day — top performers here genuinely earn more than the base job title suggests

What we need from you:

Comfortable on the phone all day, every day
Reliable internet and a quiet space to work from
