--- Sales & Customer Communications Chatting Specialist

I’m looking for a motivated, reliable, and hardworking individual to join my agency’s chatting sales team.

This role will primarily involve communicating/chatting with customers, building relationships, and driving sales. You’ll be responsible for responding to customers promptly, keeping conversations engaging, answering questions, and ultimately helping convert conversations into sales.

---Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: 10:00AM – 6:00PM EST
• Schedule: 6 days per week
• Day off: Sunday
• Pay: $3/hour + commission
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential
• Screen must remain shared while working hours of shift.

• Strong communication and conversational skills
• Gen Z Savvy: Fluent naturally in current internet culture, slang, and text-based communication styles.
• Fast response times and the ability to handle multiple conversations
• Reliable and consistent with your schedule
• Highly motivated and sales-driven (commission incentive)
• Professional, friendly, and confident when communicating with customers
• Able to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and improve sales techniques
• Comfortable working during a morning to early afternoon EST schedule

Someone who takes their work seriously, shows up consistently, responds quickly, and is motivated by results. Experience in sales, customer service, social media, or online messaging is a plus, but reliability, work ethic, and communication skills are most important.
