Video Editor | UGC Ads | Short-Form Videos | Creative Graphics

Dialed In is looking for a creative Video Editor who can help us produce engaging short-form content, UGC ads, and creative assets for our growing app.

We need someone who can turn raw creator footage, ideas, and trends into high-quality videos that capture attention and drive engagement.

Responsibilities:
Edit UGC ads, TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Transform raw creator clips into engaging short-form content
Create realistic UGC-style ads using AI tools
Generate AI-assisted video content, visuals, or scenes for advertising creatives
Create multiple creative variations for testing different hooks and concepts
Add captions, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and visual elements
Create simple graphics, static ads, and social media creatives
Stay updated with trending video formats and content styles
Use AI tools to improve creative production and workflow
Requirements:
Experience editing short-form videos and UGC ads
Strong understanding of TikTok/Reels trends and viral content formats
Skilled in CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar tools
Experience creating AI-generated video content is a strong advantage
Creative mindset with the ability to suggest new content ideas and angles
Fast turnaround and comfortable with revisions
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction

This is a full-time dedicated position.

We are looking for someone who can prioritize Dialed In and is not currently managing multiple clients.

Because we move quickly, we need someone available consistently for daily creative production, feedback, revisions, and testing new creative ideas.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
