We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Lead Generation VA in the Philippines to join our growing team.
The Role
Your main responsibility will be to generate high-quality leads and help grow our business online.
We are NOT looking for someone who only creates social media posts.
We want someone who understands performance marketing, lead generation, SEO and paid advertising, and can look at the numbers and make decisions based on results.
Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram
Create, launch and manage Meta advertising campaigns
Generate leads for solar, batteries and other electrical/electrification services
Test different audiences, offers, ad copy and creatives
Monitor cost per lead and campaign performance
Optimise campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion
Retarget website visitors and previous leads
Prepare regular campaign reports
Google Ads
Set up and manage Google Search campaigns
Keyword research
Competitor research
Create and optimise ad copy
Manage negative keywords
Monitor cost per click and cost per lead
Optimise campaigns based on performance
Identify new opportunities for high-intent search traffic
SEO
Keyword research
On-page SEO
Local SEO
Google Business Profile optimisation
Website content optimisation
Create SEO-focused service pages and content
Improve rankings for local search terms
Monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics
Identify opportunities to increase organic traffic
Content & Social Media
Help develop content ideas for Facebook and Instagram
Create basic graphics/videos using Canva or similar tools
Repurpose existing content
Help maintain a consistent social media presence
Assist with promotions and local marketing campaigns
Lead Generation
You will be responsible for continuously finding ways to increase qualified leads.
We want you to think beyond simply running ads.
You should be able to identify opportunities such as:
New Google search keywords
New customer segments
New advertising angles
Local SEO opportunities
New service pages
Competitor strategies
Retargeting campaigns
Referral opportunities
Landing page improvements
New lead magnets/offers
Our goal is qualified enquiries that turn into real Australian customers, not simply a high number of cheap leads.
What We Are Looking For
Essential:
At least 2 years experience in digital marketing / lead generation
Proven experience with Meta Ads
Proven experience with Google Ads
Strong understanding of SEO and local SEO
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Excellent written English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently
Able to interpret campaign data and make recommendations
Reliable and organised
Highly desirable:
Experience marketing solar, batteries, electrical, construction, HVAC, EV or home improvement businesses
Experience with Australian businesses
Understanding of Australian local SEO
Experience with lead generation funnels
Experience with CRM systems
Experience creating landing pages
Basic graphic/video editing skills
Experience with Google Business Profile
