MECCA is a fast-growing U.S. trading-technology and education company. We build automated trading systems and teach everyday people how to use them. We have two offers — a $997 Core program and a $2,999 high-ticket program (Operator) — and we're hiring a Filipino closer who can own the full sales cycle.

The role
This is a full-cycle high-ticket sales role. You work our leads, book your own calls, and close them — into Core for the right fit, or Operator for the ones ready to go all-in. You're a closer who also sets, so you control your own pipeline and keep more of the upside. If you can start a conversation and take down a $3,000 USD sale over the phone, this is a rare, long-term seat with real income.

What you'll do

Work our warm U.S. leads — webinar attendees, applicants, and pipeline — by phone, text, and email (we provide the leads and the CRM).
Set your own appointments and drive show rate (you book for them, not just send a link).
Run real discovery and close: Core ($997) for the right fit, Operator ($2,999) for the ones who want to own it.
Handle objections, walk buyers through the payment options, and follow up until there's an outcome.
Keep your pipeline and CRM tight — every lead tracked, nobody slips.
Who we're looking for

Excellent, clear, confident English — neutral or American-style accent. You'll be selling to Americans over the phone, so your spoken English has to be strong.
A proven high-ticket or phone closer — or a sharp setter ready to level up who can show us they can close.
Willing to work U.S. hours (this means night shift here in the Philippines — our leads are in the U.S.). This is non-negotiable.
Self-driven — you generate your own activity and book your own calls.
Coachable, thick-skinned, competitive, and organized.
Comfortable selling both a $997 offer and a $3K offer, and knowing which fits who.
Your setup (required)

Reliable high-speed internet with a backup connection (pocket WiFi / second ISP).
A backup power source so brownouts don't kill your shift.
A good noise-cancelling headset, a working computer, and a quiet room — no background noise on calls.
Compensation (USD, uncapped)

$40 USD for every qualified appointment you set that shows.
10% on every Core sale (~$100) and 20% on every Operator sale (~$600), paid on cash collected.
Paid weekly, in USD. One Operator sale is around $600 USD — close consistently and this pays far beyond a normal salary here. It's uncapped.
Independent contractor. Full training, leads, CRM, and dialer provided.
This is for you if you have real English phone skills, you can set and close, you can commit to U.S. hours, and you want uncapped USD pay from home.
This is NOT for you if your English isn't call-ready, you can't work night shift, you fold under rejection, or you need micromanaging.
