About the Role

We run two businesses. MECCA is a software and automation mentorship program. Kairo Markets is a free trading community with a public trading challenge.

You'll do two things: book qualified calls for MECCA, and help new Kairo members finish setting up their accounts.

Both are outbound. Both are conversations, not scripts.

MECCA — appointment setting

Leads come in from ads and content. You call and text them, find out what they're actually trying to build, and book the ones who are a fit. You're not closing. You're filtering and scheduling.

Kairo — member onboarding

New members join the community free every day. Most start setting up their trading account and stop partway. You find out where they got stuck.

Some got stuck on ID verification. Some got busy. Some d ---------- it isn't for them, which is a fine answer.

You help with the fixable ones. You log what stopped everyone else.

What you are not doing

You are not giving trading advice or financial advice of any kind. You are not talking anyone into depositing money. You are not handling anyone's funds or account credentials.

If a member says they're waiting on rent or can't afford it right now, you tell them to stay on the free side. That's the correct answer and you'll never be penalized for it.

Schedule

US market hours, roughly 9:00pm to 6:00am Manila time, Monday to Friday. Night differential is built into the offer.

Day to day

40 to 60 calls and texts
Work a live GHL queue, log every conversation
Book and confirm MECCA calls
Record why Kairo members haven't finished setup
15-minute standup daily

Compensation

$600/month base, full-time
$25 per MECCA appointment that shows up
$20 per Kairo member still active at day 30
13th month pay in December
Paid weekly via Wise

You'll do well here if

You've done outbound voice work, any industry
Your spoken English holds up in a real back-and-forth, not just a script read
You ask questions instead of pitching
You're fine hearing no and moving on
You actually log your work
You have reliable internet and a backup connection

You won't if

You need a script to hide behind
You go quiet when someone pushes back
You've only done chat or email outreach

No trading or software background needed. We'll teach both. We can't teach follow-through.

To apply

Two things, no resume yet:

A time you told someone not to buy something. What happened.
A 60-second voice recording introducing yourself. Any topic.

The voice note is how we screen. Applications without one get skipped.
