We are looking for an exceptionally experienced Shopify Expert to completely transform and optimise an existing Shopify website.

This is NOT a basic Shopify assistant role.

We are looking for someone who eats, sleeps and breathes Shopify — someone who understands how to make a website look incredible, feel exciting to customers and, most importantly, convert visitors into paying customers.

???? THE PROJECT

We already have the Shopify website, but we want an expert to come in and take it to another level.

We need someone who can look at the site with fresh eyes and say:

“This needs changing. This needs improving. Customers need to see this first. This needs to be more exciting. This is what your competitors are doing — and this is how we’re going to beat them.”

You will be responsible for reworking the customer experience, design and conversion journey so that the website looks modern, professional, exciting and highly customer-facing.

????️ WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

Shopify / Website

• Completely review the existing Shopify website
• Re-jig the layout, design and customer journey
• Make the website look premium, exciting and highly engaging
• Improve the homepage and product presentation
• Make the website much more customer-focused
• Improve navigation and user experience
• Identify anything that currently looks outdated, boring or unprofessional
• Recommend and implement improvements that will help us outperform competitors
• Ensure the website works perfectly on both mobile and desktop

???? CHECKOUT & PAYMENTS

• Review our current checkout/payment process
• Fix any issues preventing customers from completing purchases
• Help implement a smooth way for customers to pay via payment links
• Make the purchasing process as simple and frictionless as possible
• Test the entire customer journey from landing on the site → selecting a product → payment

???? CONTENT / REELS / ADVERTISING
We also want the website to become much more commercially focused.

You should be able to:

• Create ideas for Reels / short-form video content
• Create engaging advertising concepts
• Help develop promotional banners and website advertising
• Create compelling calls-to-action
• Suggest ways to increase customer engagement
• Make the website feel like a real brand, rather than simply an online shop
• Understand what makes customers stop scrolling, click and buy

???? WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SERIOUS SHOPIFY EXPERT

This is the most important part.

Please do not apply if you have only built a few Shopify stores or mainly work as a VA.

We want someone with substantial, proven Shopify experience.

Ideally, you will have:

✅ Extensive Shopify experience
✅ Experience redesigning and improving existing Shopify stores
✅ Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
✅ Excellent understanding of Shopify checkout and payment systems
✅ Experience with payment links / payment integrations
✅ Strong eye for design and customer psychology
✅ Experience creating high-converting landing pages
✅ Experience with Shopify apps and integrations
✅ Experience creating or directing Reels / social advertising
✅ Understanding of e-commerce advertising
✅ Ability to analyse competitors and identify opportunities
✅ Excellent English communication
✅ Ability to work quickly without compromising quality

This is urgent.

We need the website live and significantly improved within 24 hours of starting.

You must therefore be available to work on this project immediately and be comfortable working to a tight deadline.

We don’t want someone who needs several days just to understand Shopify.

We need someone who can look at a Shopify store, immediately understand what needs improving and get to work.
