TikTok Shop Manager — Division Lead | Affiliate Programs + GMV Max

That only works when the people running our accounts are genuinely exceptional. We are onboarding a new tier of top-shelf clients, and we need a leader for our Marketplace Management division.

THE ROLE

You will own our marketplace management division end to end: the clients, the standards, the systems, and eventually the team. This is a senior seat with real authority, reporting directly to leadership.

If you are currently the best operator at your agency and you are tired of waiting for someone above you to move - this is that seat.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Full ownership of TikTok Shop accounts for our premium clients, from strategy through execution
• Shop setup, catalog and listing architecture, compliance, and shop health metrics
• Paid strategy across TikTok Shop Ads, GMV Max, LIVE, and shoppable video
• Affiliate and creator programs: recruitment, negotiation, commission structure, sample seeding, and performance management
• Client relationships - reporting, forecasting, QBRs, and being the calm, credible voice in the room when something goes sideways
• Building the SOPs and playbooks that let this division scale without quality slipping
• Hiring, training, and managing specialists as we grow

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required:

• 3+ years managing TikTok Shop accounts hands-on. Not adjacent to them. Not "familiar with" them.
• A track record of scaling GMV that you can describe in real numbers
• Agency or multi-client experience - you can hold five stakeholders at once without dropping anything
• Relentless follow-through. Nothing goes silent on your watch, ever.
• Excellent written and spoken English. This role is client-facing at a senior level.
• AI-forward by default. You already use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar every single day and you can show us exactly how.

Strong bonus:

• Deep creator outreach experience and an existing network
• Affiliate program management at scale
• Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central experience
• Experience building or leading a team
• Familiarity with agentic tooling - n8n, Make, Zapier, custom GPTs, Claude Projects, MCP
