Marketing & Lead Generation VA | Social Media + Cold Calling

Full-Time | Remote | $5-$9 USD/Hour | Long-Term

We are a growing Arizona restoration and construction company looking for a smart, outgoing, resourceful Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term.

This is NOT a traditional admin VA position.

Your primary goal will be helping us generate more customers, leads, appointments, and referral relationships using:

• Cold calling & outbound outreach
• Lead generation & prospecting
• LinkedIn & social media
• Email & SMS marketing
• AI & technology
• CRM management
• Content & Canva
• Follow-up & relationship building

You don't need to be an expert at everything. We're looking for the right combination of communication skills, experience, intelligence, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn.

EXCELLENT ENGLISH IS REQUIRED

You will regularly speak with American homeowners, customers, business owners, and referral partners.

You must have excellent spoken and written English and be able to communicate naturally, confidently, and professionally.

You do NOT need an American accent. However, American customers must be able to easily understand you.

If your spoken English is difficult for American customers to understand, please do not apply.

COLD CALLING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

You must be comfortable picking up the phone and talking to strangers.

Previous experience with cold calling, outbound sales, lead generation, appointment setting, prospecting, or business development is strongly preferred.

We want someone who can do more than read a script. You should be able to listen, ask questions, build rapport, handle basic objections, and have a natural conversation.

AI, TECHNOLOGY & MARKETING

We use technology heavily and want someone who enjoys learning new tools.

Experience with any of the following is valuable:

• ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini
• GoHighLevel or other CRMs
• LinkedIn
• Canva
• Email /SMS marketing
• Social media
• Marketing automation
• Dialpad
• ----------

GoHighLevel experience is a plus, but this is NOT primarily a GHL, funnel-building, or web-design position.

We would rather hire someone who is a great communicator, resourceful, tech-savvy, creative, and capable of learning.
