We are a growing U.S.-based roofing and home improvement company looking for a reliable, energetic Appointment Setter to contact homeowners who have submitted their information through our Facebook advertising.

These are WARM LEADS — not random cold calls. The homeowners have already expressed interest in our services. Your primary goal is to contact them quickly, have a friendly conversation, and schedule an appointment for a free home/roof inspection.

What You’ll Do

• Call new Facebook leads as quickly as possible
• Follow up with leads by phone and text
• Follow our provided call script
• Ask basic qualifying questions
• Schedule qualified homeowners for appointments
• Follow up multiple times with leads who don’t initially answer
• Confirm scheduled appointments
• Keep accurate notes and update lead information in our CRM
• Track calls, contacts, and appointments scheduled

Who We’re Looking For

You should have:

• Excellent spoken English
• A clear, friendly, professional phone voice
• Confidence speaking with U.S. homeowners
• Previous appointment-setting, telemarketing, call center, or sales experience
• Reliable high-speed internet
• A good headset and quiet working environment
• Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time
