Physical Therapy-TRAINED REMOTE COACH – STRETCHING & STRENGTHENING Flexible Gig

Flexible Remote Gig | Video Sessions | $5–$10 Per Session

Are you a PHYSICAL THERAPY graduate who enjoys helping people stay motivated, consistent, and active?

I’m looking for a few PT-trained individuals to work with me through flexible video sessions focused on STRETCHING, STRENGTHENING, MOBILITY, and ACCOUNTABILITY.

PHYSICAL THERAPY DEGREE IS A MUST.

This is NOT a traditional full-time job. It is a flexible, on-demand gig where sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Join me through WhatsApp video calls
Guide me through stretching and strengthening exercises
Watch my form and point out mistakes
Demonstrate exercises when needed
Keep me motivated and accountable
Help make the sessions consistent and engaging

IMPORTANT

I already have an exercise plan from my provider.

You will NOT be diagnosing conditions or prescribing medical treatment.

The focus is on following the existing exercises, improving form, mobility, strengthening, and consistency.

REQUIREMENTS

PHYSICAL THERAPY DEGREE REQUIRED
Strong understanding of body mechanics, stretching, and strengthening
Comfortable being on camera
Good English communication
Friendly, motivating, patient, and reliable
Previous experience working with exercise, stretching, or strengthening programs is a PLUS

SCHEDULE

US Eastern Time

Flexible / On-Demand

Possible availability:

Morning: around 10 AM
Afternoon: 12–3 PM
Evening: 7–9 PM

PAY

$5–$10 per 30–60 minute session

Paid per session with potential for ongoing work.
