Video Editor

I’m seeking a video editor to partner with me long-term on short-form content.

We're a startup looking to grow our marketing department.

You’ll create 30 pieces of shorts/reels content per month using our provided footage.

I am looking for a mix of experience and value.

I'll need you to:

• Edit 30 Shorts/Reel videos ranging from 30 seconds to 1 minute.
• Utilize talking-head A-roll and B-roll footage provided in our Google Drive.

The role includes:

• Crafting engaging Reels/Shorts
• Adding dynamic captions
• Kinetic typography
• Visual hooks
• Integrating B-roll smoothly
• Optimizing pacing with modern sound design
• Suggesting ideas for us to try

I’m looking for:

• Someone eager to build a strong portfolio,
• Understands short-form content psychology
• Communicates clearly for a reliable monthly workflow.

Also tell me what programs you use to edit photos and videos.

Selected candidates will complete a test edit before final hiring regardless of portfolio experience.
