Prompt engineer for AI images and videos

Here is what the work actually looks like. You get a brief with a reference reel and a concept from our research team. You build the image in one tool, animate it into a short video in another, keep our AI model's face and body consistent the whole way, upscale it, and finish it with captions in CapCut. Then on to the next one.

So you need to know your way around AI content tools and, above all, know how to prompt. Prompting is the whole game here. If your first try never looks like what you imagined, this is not the right role. If you can get a model to do exactly what you want, we should talk.

The content is made for a German speaking audience. You will not speak German, but your prompts have to produce correct German text and voice, so attention to detail matters a lot.

This is a full time remote role with long term stability. You report to our head of AI content who checks quality and gives you feedback, so you keep getting sharper.
