Healthcare Virtual Assistant | Referral Outreach & Lead Generation

I own a U.S.-based healthcare therapy and consulting business and am looking for a reliable virtual assistant to help with referral outreach, lead generation, follow-up, scheduling, and basic administrative support.

Main responsibilities include calling U.S.-based businesses and healthcare organizations, identifying the appropriate decision-maker, introducing our services using a provided script, following up with referral partners, sending email s, tracking leads, and scheduling follow-up calls with me when someone is interested.

You may also assist with online research, maintaining spreadsheets/CRM records, organizing contacts, and basic business administrative tasks.

Strong spoken English and confidence making outbound calls are very important. Experience with healthcare, home care, medical offices, appointment setting, sales support, or referral outreach is preferred.
