Expert eCommerce Direct-Response Video Editor — Meta Ads

We are a rapidly scaling eCommerce brand seeking an expert-level Direct-Response Video Editor to create high-converting Meta ad creatives. This role is specifically for editors who specialize in eCommerce VSLs and paid social advertising. If direct-response eCommerce editing is not a core part of your daily work, this position will not be the right fit.

Your primary responsibility will be editing 3–5 minute VSL-style Meta ads.
You will also create short-form ad formats, including: Claymation-style creatives, Pixar-style creatives, and Other emerging direct-response formats

You must understand how to visually reinforce every line of a script and maintain viewer attention throughout the entire advertisement. Problem-focused sections should feel emotional, tense, frustrating, and relatable. Benefit-focused sections should feel aspirational, positive, hopeful, and transformational. You will be expected to create and incorporate AI-generated assets using tools such as Higgsfield, Magnific, and Heygen. Strong prompting skills and the ability to generate consistent, realistic assets are required.

For VSL content, the expected output is: One 3–5 minute VSL per day which includes One main body & Five hook variations
You must be able to meet daily deadlines and maintain consistent communication.
