Peak Medium (Orlando, FL) is hiring 1-2 people to grow TikTok accounts from 0 to 5K followers.

You'll d ---------- what to post, what style works, and what direction to take each account. We give you AI tools to help create the content — you bring the TikTok knowledge.

What the job looks like day-to-day:

• Post 3 times a day across 3 TikTok accounts
• Figure out the content style, niche direction, and what resonates with each account's audience
• Use AI tools we provide to create content (no need to film yourself or hire editors)
• Pick the best posting times, hashtags, captions, and trending sounds
• Help us build systems to hit 5K followers as fast as possible
• Send a quick weekly update on how things are going

Who this is for:

• You know TikTok — the algorithm, FYP, trends, what gets views
• You have a feel for what kind of content works in different niches
• You've grown at least one account before (doesn't have to be huge — just show us you know what you're doing)
• You're reliable and can commit to posting daily
• Good English communication
• Phone + internet that work

Nice to have (not required):

• Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce niches
• Familiarity with CapCut or AI content tools

Pay:

• $200/month
• $100+ bonus every time an account hits 5K and gets approved for TikTok affiliate (bonus increases with volume)
• This is an ongoing role with room to grow
