TikTok Account Growth Specialist

Peak Medium is a content and marketing company based in Orlando, FL. We're looking for 1-2 TikTok Account Growth Specialists to join our account growth team.

Your job is simple: grow new TikTok accounts from 0 to 5,000+ followers using organic methods. No shortcuts, no bots, no paid followers — real growth through smart content strategy and consistent posting.

What You'll Do:

• Manage 1-2 TikTok accounts and grow them from scratch
• Post content daily (content will be provided — you don't need to create it)
• Optimize posting times, hashtags, and captions for maximum reach
• Monitor account analytics and report performance weekly
• Follow our content strategy and posting guidelines
• Experiment with trending sounds, formats, and hooks to boost growth
• Submit monthly performance reports with screenshots

What We're Looking For:

• Experience growing TikTok accounts — show us accounts you've grown before (with proof)
• Understanding of TikTok's algorithm, FYP, and what makes content go viral
• Familiarity with TikTok trends, sounds, and content formats
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Strong English communication (written)
• Available to work consistently — ongoing role, not a one-time project
• Reliable internet + a device that can run TikTok

Bonus Points:

• Experience with TikTok Shop or affiliate marketing
• Experience growing accounts in e-commerce or product review niche
• Knowledge of AI-generated content workflows
• Experience with CapCut or basic video editing

Compensation:

• $200 USD/month (paid monthly)
• One-time bonus per account that reaches 5K + affiliate approval (starting at $100, increases with volume)
