Specialist – HubSpot Experience
About Us
Go Tours USA is a growing U.S.-based transportation and adventure tours company. We provide transportation and tour experiences to customers across the United States.
As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Admin / Data Processing Specialist to support our team and help keep our customer and business information accurate and organized.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in accuracy, works efficiently, and can manage repetitive tasks without losing attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer and business information in HubSpot CRM.
Process and organize data from multiple sources.
Keep CRM records complete, accurate, and up to date.
Review information for missing, duplicate, or incorrect data.
Update customer records, notes, activities, and other relevant information.
Organize digital files, documents, spreadsheets, and records.
Assist with data cleanup and CRM organization.
Process incoming information and ensure it is entered into the correct systems.
Support daily administrative and data-processing tasks.
Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports when needed.
Track tasks and follow up on outstanding items.
Help maintain smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Follow established processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Communicate clearly with the team regarding completed tasks, issues, or missing information.
Requirements
Previous HubSpot experience is required.
Previous experience in data entry, data processing, administration, or CRM management.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable working with large amounts of information.
Strong computer and internet skills.
Proficiency with spreadsheets such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
Excellent written English.
Able to follow instructions and established processes.
Reliable and consistent.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good problem-solving skills.
Comfortable learning new software and systems quickly.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
You should enjoy working with data and systems and understand that small mistakes can create larger problems. You should be comfortable checking your own work, identifying discrepancies, and making sure information is accurate before considering a task complete.
HubSpot experience is especially important for this position, so please be prepared to explain how you have used HubSpot in previous roles.
