Facebook Ads Manager – Services

Noreviz is a growing U.S.-based social media marketing company helping businesses expand their online presence, attract customers, and increase revenue through paid advertising and creative content.

We are looking for an experienced Facebook Ads Manager to take ownership of paid campaigns across multiple client accounts.

What You’ll Do
Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns
Develop attention-grabbing hooks, angles, and ad copy
Create detailed briefs for designers and content creators
Test audiences, offers, creatives, messaging, and landing pages
Monitor CPA, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates
Identify creative fatigue and develop new testing ideas
Reduce wasted ad spend and scale successful campaigns
Provide clear reports and recommendations for each client

You do not need to personally design every advertisement. Our creative team can produce assets from your briefs, and AI tools may be used when appropriate. However, you must be able to lead the creative strategy.

Ideal Candidate
At least 2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
Proven results with lead generation or conversion campaigns
Strong creative strategy and direct-response copywriting skills
Comfortable managing multiple client accounts
Able to work independently and make optimization decisions
Experience managing significant advertising budgets
Currently managing active campaigns is an advantage
