We run multiple YouTube channels across different niches, each with an established thumbnail style, camera/lighting spec, and branding, so you'll be working within clear guidelines rather than starting from scratch. This isn't a "figure it out yourself" role. We hand you the reference style and direction, you bring the design skill and consistency.
