Short-Form Clippers — Get Paid Per View, Uncapped

We have several big content opportunities across a growing portfolio of brands, and we need clippers who can turn long-form content into scroll-stopping TikToks, Reels, and Shorts — paid based on the views your clips generate. The harder your clips hit, the more you earn. No cap.

This is for creators who believe in their own work and have a strong work ethic. If you back yourself to make clips that perform and you show up consistently, this model pays you directly for it. If you build a hook in the first 2 seconds, cut for retention, and make clips people can't scroll past — you'll earn.

What you'll do:

Turn our long-form videos/podcasts/streams into short-form clips
Own hooks, pacing, captions, and retention
Deliver consistently across platforms
Chase views — your pay scales with them

You're a fit if you:

Believe in your work and have a strong, self-driven work ethic
Have made clips that actually performed (show me numbers)
Know CapCut / Premiere and short-form best practices
Can turn around clips fast and consistently

Pay: Commission per views/virality — uncapped, with several big content opportunities to earn from. Full pay structure will be discussed during the interview.
