Sales Trainer / Coach — Build & Sharpen Our Commission Army (Long-Term)

We're scaling a commission sales army across multiple brands and need a Sales Trainer to onboard, coach, and level up our closers. Big long-term opportunity for someone who can turn average reps into closers.

This is for someone who believes in their own method and has a strong work ethic — you'll own how our people pitch, handle objections, and close.

You'll do:

Train new sales agents on our scripts, offers, and objection handling
Run mock calls, review real calls, and coach to improvement
Build simple playbooks, SOPs, and onboarding flows
Keep the army sharp as we grow

You're a fit if you:

Have trained or led a sales team before (show proof — samples, mock pitch, framework)
Know consultative and high-ticket selling
Communicate clearly and motivate people
Want a long-term role growing with us
