The Opportunity

We’re a growing U.S.-focused Shopify e-commerce company looking for a Klaviyo expert to own and grow our email marketing channel.

The focus is simple: increase revenue, improve retention, and reduce churn.

What You’ll Do

*Build and optimize Klaviyo flows

• Plan and execute email campaigns
• Develop retention and repeat-purchase strategies
• Analyze performance and continuously improve results
• Segment customers and personalize campaigns
• A/B test content, offers, and strategies
• Identify opportunities to increase email revenue and customer LTV

Who We Want

• Proven Klaviyo + e-commerce experience
• Strong understanding of email revenue and retention
• Experience with flows, campaigns, segmentation, and testing
• Strong copywriting and marketing instincts
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• A portfolio or examples of previous work

???? Big Bonus: Experience working with a subscription-based brand, especially with reducing churn, improving retention, and increasing customer lifetime value.

Training

Selected candidates receive access to $10,000 worth of course and training materials to help you continuously develop your skills.

Compensation

$600/month base + 1% of additional email revenue generated monthly.

The better you grow the channel, the more you earn.
