YouTube Shorts Content Strategist / Clip Sourcer

We are looking for someone to join our team long-term to help with our YouTube Shorts channel.

Your main job will be:

• Finding interesting clips/content based on our guidelines
• Researching and sourcing potential clips
• Helping identify content with viral potential
• Following our SOPs and daily instructions

We provide everything you need — step-by-step training videos, SOPs, examples, and instructions. You don't need previous experience if you're willing to learn and follow the system.

Pay

Starting: $80/month

As you become faster, more reliable, and take on more responsibility, the pay will increase over time, with the potential to reach $500/month.

The work should take around 2 hours per day or less once you're familiar with the process.

We're looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and interested in working with us long-term.
