The role will be to produce short-form AI avatar videos for established consumer brands in health niche. This is execution-focused work: scripts, references, and brand guidelines are provided. Your job is to execute them consistently and at pace.
This is a monthly trial role with long-term potential based on performance.

Compensation
$90/week, paid every week for approved videos.

Workload
Week 1: 3 videos/day, 5 days/week (calibration week)
Week 2 onward: 4 videos/day, 5 days/week (20 videos/week)
Each video should take approximately 60-90 minutes from start to finish
Available 6-8 hours per day for production and communication

Required
Portfolio of AI avatar videos you have personally produced
At least 1 year of consistent professional remote work experience
Strong start frame generation (consistent characters, natural lighting, brand-appropriate scenes)
Strong CapCut Pro editing skills
Paid ChatGPT Plus subscription (verified before role starts)
Paid CapCut subscription
Reliable internet and functioning computer
Strong written English
Additional tools (Grok, ElevenLabs) are provided by us with your own login credentials.

Do not apply if

You have other client commitments
You don't have a portfolio of completed AI avatar videos
You are prone to absences
