25-30 hours/week, with possibility to convert to full-time within a month

We're seeking a detail-oriented, personable Virtual Recruiter to join our growing Homecare team. This role is focused on sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process for caregivers & Homecare Aids, helping us build a reliable, well-matched team from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Post and manage caregiver job listings across job boards
Screen resumes and applications for caregiver roles
Conduct initial phone screens with candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring team
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Track applicant status and maintain a candidate pipeline
Support onboarding coordination for new hires
Collect required documents (IDs, W-4, availability, background check info)

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or administration, ideally in the home care industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable and warm speaking with candidates
Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and work independently
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) & AxisCare is a plus
Must be available to work consistently during U.S. business hours
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment required
