Dermatology scribe

We are looking for an experienced Dermatology Medical Scribe to assist our dermatologist with accurate and timely documentation of patient visits. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality clinical notes and smooth workflow during and after patient encounters.
You will be responsible for completing patient visit notes using proper clinical forms while working closely with our dermatologist. Experience in dermatology and familiarity with EMR systems are essential.
Responsibilities:
Assist the dermatologist by completing patient visit notes and charts
Accurately document histories, assessments, and treatment plans
Ensure all notes are completed using proper dermatology clinical terminology
Work within EMR systems, specifically eClinicalWorks (ECW) and NextGen
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in all documentation
Meet documentation deadlines and workflow expectations

Requirements:
Proven dermatology scribe experience (REQUIRED)
Strong knowledge of dermatology terminology and workflows
Hands-on experience with ECW and/or NextGen
Excellent English written skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and follow provider preferences
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
