senior medical transcriptionist

We are looking for a highly experienced Medical Charting Specialist with strong clinical knowledge and (ideally) team lead or supervisory experience.
You will support a growing healthcare company by ensuring high-quality charting, coaching tea ---------- mbers, and helping maintain smooth daily operations.
This is a long-term, stable position with excellent growth opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete medical charts accurately, efficiently, and with strong clinical understanding
Review tea ---------- mbers’ charts for quality and accuracy
Provide coaching, support, and feedback to agents
Help manage team operations, productivity, and workflow
ensure that team is being productive and efficient
Communicate clearly with management and report issues or trends
Assist with onboarding and system improvements where needed

QUALIFICATIONS
Strong medical charting experience (required)
Clinical background (RN, or MD preferred)
Team lead, QA, or supervisory experience is a big plus
Excellent English writing and communication skills
Ability to follow guidelines and maintain accuracy
Reliable internet, workstation, and ability to work EST hours
