Medical Scribe

We are looking for an experienced medical scribe or medical transcriber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how SOAP charts are structured and how Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems work.

You will be responsible for accurately transcribing patient encounters and medical visits into the EMR, ensuring all details are properly documented according to standard clinical formats.

???? Responsibilities:

Transcribe patient visits into SOAP format (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan)

Document HPI (History of Present Illness), ROS (Review of Systems), Physical Exam findings, and Treatment Plan

Maintain accuracy, clarity, and confidentiality in all patient documentation

Collaborate with providers to ensure timely and complete charting

???? Qualifications:

Prior experience as a medical scribe or medical transcriptionist (virtual or in-office)

Strong familiarity with EMR systems

Excellent grammar, medical terminology, and attention to detail

Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

Ability to handle multiple charts efficiently and meet turnaround times
