Part-Time TikTok Shop VA – Trybe Uploads + Brand Deals

I’m a TikTok Shop affiliate looking for a reliable, organized part-time Virtual Assistant to help manage the backend of my content business.

Your two main responsibilities will be:

1. Trybe Video Uploads

• Upload my completed TikTok videos to Trybe campaigns
• Make sure the correct products/campaigns are selected
• Track submitted videos and deadlines
• Flag rejected videos or anything that needs my attention

2. Brand Deal & Email Management

• Check my business email for brand collaboration opportunities
• Organize and respond to brand inquiries using provided templates
• Follow up with brands
• Help identify worthwhile paid brand deals
• Track active conversations, rates, deadlines and payments in Google Sheets

Additional tasks may include:

• Basic brand outreach
• Organizing campaign deadlines
• Tracking payments
• Light TikTok Shop/product research

Ideal candidate:

• Excellent written English
• Highly organized and dependable
• Comfortable with Gmail and Google Sheets
• Able to work independently without constant supervision
• TikTok Shop, influencer marketing or brand outreach experience is a plus

Schedule: Part-time, approximately 10–15 hours/week to start.

Pay: $4–6 USD/hour depending on experience.
