What You'll Need

At least 3 year of experience editing YouTube content
A genuine feel for storytelling, not just technical cutting
Solid skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro
Comfortable with captions, motion graphics, B-roll integration, and transitions
Ability to design thumbnails (Canva or Photoshop)
Dependable, organized, and good with deadlines
