Sales & Operations Virtual Assistant for a US-based cleaning company

We are a growing residential cleaning company based in San Diego, looking for a reliable virtual assistant to help with sales, customer relations, scheduling, and more.

Your Mission

• Answer inbound phone calls and text messages and convert them into customers

• Follow up with old leads and convert them into customers

• Answer questions from existing customers based on our company policies

• Handle customer scheduling and rescheduling

• Interview and assist with onboarding of new cleaners

• Track revenue, bookings, and team performance daily

• Work with cleaners to manage day-to-day scheduling

• Help with other daily operational tasks as necessary

Availability

This job requires availability Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm Pacific Standard Time.

Compensation:

-$5/hour USD base salary + bonuses for each sale
