About the Role

ZenduIT and GoFleet are a Toronto-based fleet management and telematics company — GPS tracking, AI dashcams, and field-operations software for mid-market and enterprise fleets across North America (waste, transit/bus, airports, construction, field service). We're a small team that runs on Claude for almost everything, and we hire people who already think that way.

My Install Hub is becoming its own business unit inside GoFleet — a trusted installation and field-service brand that generates work for technicians and sets the standard for how installation services get delivered. This is a deliberately versatile role: half technical builder, half growth coordinator. Most candidates are one or the other. We need someone who is genuinely both, because at this stage one person has to be the whole platform team and the whole growth engine.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build and maintain the My Install Hub website and internal tools in Replit — booking flows, forms, dashboards, small automations — as a working builder, not a ticket-filer
  • Research and qualify installation opportunities across our North American reseller network and target markets in Canada and California
  • Run outbound and follow-up on installation leads; own intake and scheduling once a job is confirmed
  • Coordinate technicians against jobs — availability, assignment, confirmations, day-of logistics
  • Administer the CRM and the My Install Hub platform: records, statuses, reporting
  • Handle customer communication through the job lifecycle
  • Coordinate an early content pipeline: technician stories, job write-ups, groundwork for a future podcast

SKILLS YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PROVE

  • You maintain something live right now — a site, a form, a booking tool — built in Replit or similar, that you can walk us through in the editor, not just the finished page
  • You can take a lead from first contact to a scheduled, technician-assigned job, in a system you actually track it in — not "I'm organized," a real example
  • You can write a customer-facing message and an internal technician message about the same job, in two different registers, in under two minutes

TO APPLY: Put the keyword TECHNICIAN in your subject line. Before anything else in your application body, answer these two questions in your own words (this is a reading check — the answers are in this post):
1. What two things does this role say most candidates are only one of?
2. What build environment do we name for the website and internal tools?

Then send a Loom (max 5 minutes), two halves in this order. Build half first: screen-share something you actually built and still maintain in Replit or similar — show us the editor, not just the finished page, and tell us about one thing that broke in production and what you changed. Then the operations half: walk a lead through to a scheduled job, show what you track and in what system. If you've never used Claude, say so in one line instead of faking it — we'd rather know.
