Virtual Executive Assistant – Business Launch & Growth Support

Capital Fleet Rentals is preparing for growth, and we are looking for an exceptional Live Webinar Presenter & Sales Professional to become one of the key voices representing our company during live Zoom presentations.

This is not a traditional Virtual Assistant position.

We are looking for someone with outstanding communication skills, strong executive presence, confidence, energy, professionalism, and the ability to influence and engage an audience.

The selected individual will eventually conduct approximately 1–2 live Zoom webinars per week, depending on webinar registration volume. Each webinar is expected to last approximately 30–60 minutes.

Compensation will be $50 per completed webinar + $25 per completed/funded transaction attributable to that webinar

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for learning and becoming highly familiar with a company-provided presentation and then confidently presenting that information during scheduled live Zoom webinars.

You should be able to:

• Command the attention of a live audience
• Speak confidently and professionally in English
• Explain business concepts clearly and conversationally
• Present information rather than simply read slides
• Build excitement and engagement
• Communicate with energy, confidence, and credibility
• Handle questions professionally
• Think on your feet during a live conversation
• Respond to objections without becoming uncomfortable or defensive
• Guide interested attendees toward a clear next step
• Represent Capital Fleet Rentals professionally at all times

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate may have experience in areas such as:

• Live webinar presentation
• High-ticket or consultative sales
• Business development
• Public speaking
• Sales closing
• Training or facilitation
• On-camera presenting
• Financial or business presentations
• Real estate presentations
• Professional hosting

Previous experience in the vehicle rental industry is not required.

We can teach you our business.

What is much harder to teach is presence, confidence, communication, persuasion and the ability to command a room.

This Is an Important Position

We are not looking to fill this position immediately simply to fill a vacancy.

We are looking for the right person.

We expect to evaluate candidates and conduct interviews over the next several weeks as we prepare for our upcoming launch.

Our anticipated start timeframe is late September to early October 2026.

If selected, you will receive the materials, training and preparation necessary to understand the presentation before conducting live webinars.

STEP 1 — Your Application Video

Along with your application, please submit a 2–3 minute video of yourself speaking on camera.

You choose the topic.

You may present a product, explain a business idea, teach us something, sell us something, tell a compelling story, or discuss a professional topic about which you are knowledgeable.

We intentionally are not providing a script.

We want to see you.

Imagine that you have a live audience in front of you and your objective is to capture and maintain their attention.

Professional video production is not required. We are evaluating the presenter, not your video-editing skills.

Please do not heavily edit your presentation. We want to understand how you naturally communicate.

STEP 2 — Live Presentation Audition

Candidates who advance will receive additional information about Capital Fleet Rentals and a short presentation assignment prior to their interview.

You will have time to review and prepare the material.

During your interview, you will deliver a short live presentation as though we were prospective attendees sitting in one of your future Zoom webinars.

You should expect questions.

This portion of the interview is designed to evaluate how well you prepare, understand information, communicate it naturally, respond to questions, think on your feet, and engage a live audience.

Schedule & Compensation

Location: Remote

Schedule: Approximately 1–2 webinars per week based on registration volume

Typical Webinar Length: Approximately 30–60 minutes

Compensation: $50 USD per completed webinar

Webinars will generally be scheduled during U.S. Eastern Time hours. Candidates must be comfortable with the applicable time difference.

This is a specialized, part-time opportunity rather than a guaranteed number of weekly hours.
