We are seeking a Home Care Recruiter with proven experience hiring credible, reliable, and compassionate caregivers in a fast‑paced home care environment. The ideal candidate has a strong, confident personality, excellent judgment, and the ability to quickly identify high‑quality applicants who meet agency standards.

Key Responsibilities
Caregiver Recruitment — Source, screen, and hire caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and companions.
AxisCare Management — Utilize AxisCare for applicant tracking, onboarding, scheduling, and compliance.
Conduct phone and/or virtual interviews with a firm, professional presence.
Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified caregiver candidates.
Ensure all onboarding, credentialing, and compliance requirements are met.

Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum 1–2 years recruiting experience in a home care or healthcare setting.

Scheduling coordination
Credential expiration alerts
Communication logs and documentation

Additionally:
Experience hiring caregivers for private‑pay or Medicaid home care agencies.
Familiarity with caregiver retention strategies and engagement programs.
